Electronics Operator

About the role

We are looking for an Electronics Operator to join our Electronics Assembly team at our new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Brighton. You will be involved in the full build process of printed circuit boards (PCBs), working closely with automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, rework and re‑assemble PCBs and sub‑assemblies using PCB layouts, Bills of Materials and written instructions.
• Pick, kit and load materials onto Pick‑and‑Place feeders and trolley systems.
• Operate automated and manual equipment such as Pick‑and‑Place machines, solder screen printers, re‑flow ovens, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and selective solder tools.
• Break‑out and test completed PCBA units using in‑house test systems.
• Work early‑shift hours: Monday‑Thursday 06:30‑14:45, Friday 06:30‑13:20.

Required profile

• Team player with clear communication and collaborative attitude.
• Previous experience in an SMT or PCBA manufacturing environment or as a machine operative.
• Genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn the full PCB production process.
• Strong attention to detail and a drive to improve processes and quality standards.
