Electronics Technician – Full Teacher Training

About the role
We are seeking an Electronics Technician who wishes to transition into a full‑time teaching and training position. You will receive comprehensive teacher training and will be responsible for developing the next generation of electronics engineers within a leading South West training provider.
Key responsibilities
- Support, develop and train aspiring Electronics Engineers at Level 2, 3 and 4 (Apprenticeship and above).
- Deliver practical training in electronics wiring, soldering and assembly, and related manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with tutor and lecturing teams to monitor and enhance learner progression.
- Complete full teacher training to become a qualified instructor.
Required profile
- Background in electronics (technician or engineer).
- Motivation to move into a teaching, training or lecturing role.

- Salary £36,000 rising to £38,000 once qualified.
