Email Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to provide immediate support to the CRM team of a global retail clothing brand. The role is based near London Bridge and offers a hybrid working pattern, with 2‑3 days in the office each week and the possibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Build and schedule high‑volume BAU email campaigns across multiple territories.
• Interpret creative briefs and commercial requirements, ensuring alignment with fast‑moving retail trading calendars.
• Test campaigns and perform detailed quality checks before deployment.
• Coordinate with CRM, creative, e‑commerce and marketing colleagues.
• Manage deadlines for campaigns in the UK, Germany, France, the US, Canada and Australia.
• Support SMS and automated messaging where required.
• Identify unclear instructions or commercial inconsistencies and resolve them proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Executive, CRM Executive or hands‑on Email Marketing Manager.
• Strong background in retail or consumer‑goods email marketing, preferably with promotion‑led B2C campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, own deadlines and deliver accurate work without extensive supervision.
• Comfortable interpreting commercial briefs and questioning those that lack commercial sense.

• £240‑£270 per day via umbrella contract.
