EMEA Product Experience Manager – Senior Associate

About the role

The EMEA Product Experience Manager – Senior Associate will own and drive the roadmap for the New Product Experience (NPE) platform across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will shape how investors discover and research the firm’s fund range through a best‑in‑class digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the EMEA product experience strategy, covering Fund Explorer and Product Detail Pages.
• Set regional priorities, align with global NPE Product Managers and represent market, jurisdiction and distribution needs.
• Provide senior stakeholder leadership across Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology and Data.
• Partner with marketing and campaign owners to optimise digital activation journeys.
• Act as Product Owner in an Agile environment: manage backlog, write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritise work for delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering digital initiatives within an Agile (scrum) framework.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage trade‑offs across multiple functions.
• Bias for ownership, action and high‑level execution.
