EMEA Sales Trainer (London)

About the role

Spotify’s Ad Sales Training & Enablement team is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to support our EMEA sales organisation. Based in London, you will help new hires and existing sellers develop the skills and product knowledge needed to drive performance in a fast‑moving advertising business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to define and execute the training strategy for EMEA sales teams.
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, both virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with Product and Business Marketing to train teams on new ad products and positioning.
• Design and facilitate dynamic sales‑skills workshops for sales and support teams.
• Conduct needs assessments, create learning materials, and deliver engaging content.
• Provide personalized coaching to sales staff to elevate their impact.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a sales trainer.
• Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, programmatic advertising and/or social platforms.
• Engaging facilitator who can adapt style to different learners.
• Proven ability to build and deliver end‑to‑end training programs.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with learners, managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Confident in giving clear, constructive feedback and thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects across regions.
• Experience in sales or media buying is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
