Employability Growth Executive – Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Employability Growth Executive (Recruitment Manager) will drive new employer partnerships for Reed in Partnership’s Restart Scheme. Working three days a week from Stevenage and two days from Hertford, you will help unemployed and long‑term inactive individuals secure sustainable work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and client organisations.
• Plan and deliver events such as job fairs and employer days.
• Provide post‑placement support and ongoing account management.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Promote the Restart Scheme within the local community and raise awareness of its benefits.

Required profile

• Confident in building relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to achieve measurable results.
• Own a vehicle and be able to travel between Stevenage, Hertford and Welwyn.
• Comfortable working with a range of internal and external partners.
