Employability Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Employability Manager to lead a team of Employment Specialists delivering IPS and Supported Employment services for individuals with health conditions across Hampshire. The role is based in Winchester and focuses on helping people return to work, making a tangible impact on the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise a team of Employment Specialists to achieve high‑quality employment outcomes.
• Provide regular coaching, supervision and performance feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and fidelity measures, develop and implement improvement plans where required.
• Build and nurture relationships with NHS teams, referral partners and local employers.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an employability or employment‑support programme, or a background in recruitment or support services.
• Demonstrated ability to train, develop and inspire a team.
• Strong commitment to supporting people with health conditions and building stakeholder relationships.
