Employee Benefits Administrator

About the role
Join a fast‑growing employee benefits consultancy within a wealth‑management firm. You will support corporate clients by handling day‑to‑day administration of a range of group benefit schemes, from enrolment to renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Process new joiners and leavers across multiple benefit schemes (GPP, Group Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness, DB/DC transfers).
- Liaise with providers to keep schemes up‑to‑date and manage renewals.
- Submit monthly pension data via provider portals and perform payroll assessments.
- Assist with auto‑enrolment projects and prepare client introduction meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience in employee benefits, pensions, IFA/wealth management, or life & protection.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
