Employee Relations Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, people‑focused Employee Relations Advisor to join our healthcare client in the North‑East on a hybrid, field‑based role. You will work across multiple sites in the North Tyneside area, building relationships and supporting managers to navigate employee‑relations issues with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on all employee‑relations matters across multi‑site locations.
• Coach, advise and partner with operational leaders to create positive, high‑performing teams.
• Support managers in handling employee‑relations cases and investigations.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and compliance.

Required profile

• Passionate and people‑focused approach to HR.
• Enjoys on‑site work and building strong relationships with staff.
• Comfortable supporting managers in employee‑relations decisions.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (2 days remote).
