Employer's Agent / Project Manager – Construction

About the role

This position offers the chance to join an award‑winning, multi‑disciplinary construction consultancy that has delivered high‑quality projects across Greater London and the South East for over 40 years. You will act as the Employer’s Agent and Project Manager, guiding residential and mixed‑use schemes from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Employer’s Agent on a variety of residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare, review and maintain project documentation, reports and contract information.
• Lead client meetings and sustain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support senior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the consultancy.

Required profile

• Experience on the consultancy side or client side of construction projects.
• Background in local authority, housing or public‑sector projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, contract administration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to own responsibilities.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
