Employment Advisor – MSK Programme (London)

About the role

We are recruiting an Employment Advisor for a well‑established charity that runs an innovative Musculoskeletal (MSK) employment programme. Working from modern offices in London and remotely one day a week, you will join a multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists and support participants to secure sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients whose health conditions affect their ability to work.
• Provide one‑to‑one employment coaching, develop personalised job‑search plans and support interview preparation.
• Engage with employers to identify suitable opportunities and promote inclusive hiring.
• Maintain accurate case records, produce regular progress reports and ensure compliance with programme standards.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and coordinate participants’ physiotherapy and gym membership benefits.
• Allocate one day per week for administrative duties and remote work.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Employment Advisor, Employment Coach, Work Coach or IPS Employment Specialist.
• Based in London and able to work on‑site in Kensington & Chelsea, Hillingdon or Barnet/North Finchley.
• Strong administration and case‑management capabilities.
• Commitment to achieving measurable employment outcomes for clients.
