Employment Advisor – MSK Programme (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join a well‑established charity delivering an innovative musculoskeletal (MSK) employment programme. Working alongside physiotherapists, you will help individuals whose health conditions affect their ability to find or retain work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 participants, providing one‑to‑one employment coaching.
• Engage with employers to identify suitable job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate case records and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and gym partners.
• Support participants through up to six months of physiotherapy and a free gym membership.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Employment Advisor, Employment Coach, Work Coach, IPS Employment Specialist or similar.
• Based in London and able to travel to the Hillingdon office (near Uxbridge station).
• Strong case management and administration skills.
