Employment Associate – 4+ years PQE

About the role
We are seeking an Employment Associate with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join a leading Tier‑2 law firm in the City of London. You will work on high‑profile, cross‑border employment matters across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of contentious and advisory employment work.
- Handle discrimination complaints, whistleblowing investigations and grievance or disciplinary matters.
- Advise on TUPE transfers, redundancy processes and safeguarding‑related employment issues.
- Provide guidance on employment status and related regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in UK employment law.
- Proven ability to manage work for multiple partners and clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in employment law with a proactive, inquisitive approach.
