Employment Fee Earner – Flexible Seniority (Leeds/Wakefield)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Fee Earner to join a well‑established Yorkshire law firm. The role is flexible on seniority, welcoming candidates from around 18 months post‑qualification experience up to partner level, and can be based in Leeds, Wakefield or another West Yorkshire office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse employment litigation caseload, including Employment Tribunal matters.
• Provide advisory services to employer clients on both contentious and non‑contentious employment issues.
• Develop expertise in specialist areas such as sports employment law.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a focus on employment law.
• Ability to work independently and handle cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong interest in both litigation and advisory work.
• Willingness to contribute to the growth of the department.

Required skills

• Experience in employment litigation and Employment Tribunal procedures.
• Advisory experience for employer clients on a range of employment matters.
