Employment Partner

About the role

We are seeking a senior Employment Partner with at least 8 years post‑qualification experience to join our forward‑thinking law firm in Bournemouth. The role offers hybrid flexible working and the chance to lead a busy Employment team while advancing to partner level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex employment law transactions and matters.
• Grow and develop the Employment team, mentoring junior lawyers.
• Provide expert advice to both employees and employers on settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal, and general employment issues.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and client development.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years PQE as an Employment Solicitor.
• Proven experience advising both employees and employers on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Experience in business immigration is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a legal team.
