Employment & Skills Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Join Reed in Partnership’s Employability Division as an Employment & Skills Trainer, helping adult jobseekers on the Restart Scheme improve their confidence and employability. You will deliver tailored training that supports participants in securing sustainable work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high‑quality employability sessions covering CV writing, interview techniques and job‑goal setting.
• Maintain a professional classroom environment and manage course materials.
• Promote courses to internal and external stakeholders to increase participation.
• Assess participant progress, provide feedback to Employment Advisers and report attendance and achievements.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisers to match participants with suitable training.

Required profile

• Passionate about making a difference and supporting people with diverse challenges.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for adult learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advisers and stakeholders.
