Employment Solicitor (2–5 PQE) – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Glasgow team. You will work alongside seasoned specialists, providing advice to a diverse client base on a wide range of workplace matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employers on disciplinary, grievance and workplace relations issues.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims and conduct advocacy where required.
• Support clients through redundancies, restructures and workforce change projects.
• Handle TUPE transfers and the employment aspects of business transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Deliver training sessions and legal updates to client organisations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in corporate, immigration, pensions and other practice areas.

Required profile

• 2–5 years PQE in employment law.
• Qualified in Scotland or England & Wales.
• Experience with both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Strong client‑relationship building skills.
• Commercially minded and practical approach to advice.
• Eagerness to engage in networking and business development.
