Employment Solicitor (2-6 PQE) – Milton Keynes

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its Milton Keynes office. You will work within a recognised commercial law practice, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks.
• Advise employers on day‑to‑day HR and employment law issues.
• Prepare settlement agreements and negotiate exits.
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Handle redundancies, restructures and disciplinary matters.
• Provide TUPE advice and support on corporate transactions.
• Contribute to business development, networking and client training.

Required profile

• 2–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Exposure to Employment Tribunal work.
• Strong drafting and client‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Interest in business development and growing client relationships.
