Employment Solicitor (3-6 PQE)

About the role

Join a top‑100 UK law firm as an Employment Solicitor, working on a hybrid basis from Oxfordshire. You will be part of a highly regarded team, advising a diverse client base on the full spectrum of employment law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day‑to‑day employment advice to SMEs, national and international organisations.
• Manage a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Support corporate transactions and projects with employment law input.
• Undertake employment and immigration work where required.
• Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Solid experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Commercially focused, organised and proactive.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and willingness to engage in business development.
