Employment Solicitor – 4+ Years PQE (Leeds)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join our nationally recognised law firm in Leeds. You will work within a collaborative team, providing commercial employment law advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE and discrimination issues.
• Draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, policies, COT3s and settlement agreements.
• Provide employment law support on corporate transactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs, public bodies and larger organisations.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals.
• Contribute to client relationship management, business development and networking activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years PQE in employment law.
• Passionate about delivering clear, commercial legal advice.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage an independent caseload.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Advocacy experience in tribunals or court settings.
