About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its Bristol team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of both claimant and respondent matters, providing strategic advice and handling contentious disputes.

Key responsibilities

Advise claimant and respondent clients on a range of employment disputes.
Manage contentious employment matters from inception to resolution.
Provide commercially focused guidance to business clients.
Support junior team members with technical and procedural advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, businesses and individual clients.

Required profile

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
Strong background in employment litigation.
Experience acting for both private and insurer clients.
Confidence liaising with insurer claims handlers and key stakeholders.
