Employment Solicitor – Hybrid (Nottingham/Remote)

About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking an experienced and dedicated Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment Law team. The role will involve representing both employees and employers across a diverse range of industries, with a focus on claimant matters to support employees facing workplace difficulties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from inception to conclusion.
• Draft legal documents, policies, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide commercially sound advice.
• Represent clients in disputes, grievances, settlement agreements, and tribunals.
• Maintain high professional standards and cost‑effective work practices.
• Utilise time‑recording systems and IT tools efficiently.
• Contribute to business development and the firm’s reputation.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle claimant matters and represent a broad range of professional clients.
• Strong commercial awareness and commitment to high‑quality client service.
