Employment Solicitor – Leeds (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join a respected national law firm’s specialist employment team in Leeds. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing two days per week in the office and the remainder remote, and provides exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base—including insurers, businesses, institutions and individuals—on claimant and respondent employment issues.
• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters, delivering commercially focused, practical advice.
• Collaborate with senior partners and team members on high‑quality, complex employment cases.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the department through proactive client service.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent legal professional.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Strong track record of handling both contentious and non‑contentious employment work.
