Endpoint Infrastructure Analyst – Windows Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Endpoint Infrastructure Analyst specialising in Windows Operations to join the Endpoint Infrastructure Operations team of a leading hedge fund in London. The role involves maintaining, supporting and continuously improving a large‑scale Windows environment that spans thousands of devices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute software roll‑outs and OS upgrades across the Windows estate.
• Maintain a consistent operating‑system and application baseline.
• Automate software packaging, deployment and related processes using PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support monitoring, alerting and performance‑benchmarking tools.
• Coordinate large‑scale infrastructure changes and upgrades.
• Perform patching, vulnerability management and provisioning activities.
• Administer Active Directory, endpoint configuration and hardware diagnostics.
• Provide day‑to‑day infrastructure support for a high‑availability Windows environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure or operational support.
• Proven experience working in high‑availability, enterprise‑scale environments.
• Strong understanding of security, business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
