Engineering Coordinator

About the role

ECG Facilities Services is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to oversee the planning and delivery of in‑house engineering labour across its Warrington base. The role ensures that service requests are scheduled, executed and recorded in line with client SLAs and internal KPIs, supporting the Technical Manager in maintaining high‑quality M&E maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule in‑house engineering visits, covering reactive, fixed‑price and maintenance work orders.
• Verify engineers’ reports, timecards and daily activity sheets for accuracy.
• Maintain and update the CAFM system with job details, status changes and resource allocation.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries, delivering professional customer service.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating engineering or facilities teams.
• Background in a high‑tempo environment, preferably within facilities or service industries.
• Familiarity with reactive, fixed‑price and preventive maintenance workflows.
• Ability to work to strict SLA and KPI targets while multitasking effectively.
