Engineering & Facilities Programme Manager (PFI)

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering & Facilities Programme Manager with Private Finance Initiative (PFI) experience to lead a complete lifecycle overhaul of facilities and technical services at a high‑profile site in Westminster, London. The role combines hands‑on technical work, specification review and strategic programme delivery within a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑lifecycle refurbishment of engineering and facilities services, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and delegate work to contractors and external facilities providers.
• Liaise with internal departments, senior stakeholders and partner companies to drive programme strategy.
• Review technical specifications, plans and compliance documentation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day technical engineering tasks and monitor progress against milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar in an engineering, technical or facilities environment.
• Demonstrable background working on PFI programmes.
• Ability to obtain DV security clearance.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
