Engineering Manager – Acquisition Team Lead

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own the technical roadmap and delivery of growth‑focused products.
• Design, build and maintain high‑quality TypeScript services on an API‑driven platform.
• Develop and evolve a scalable, serverless AWS architecture.
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, pair programming and technical mentoring.
• Improve developer experience by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, observability and deployment processes.
• Empower engineers to lead projects and make sound technical decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or co‑leading an engineering team alongside product management.
• Strong commercial background with TypeScript and production‑grade AWS systems.
• Hands‑on expertise in modern serverless architectures.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
