About the role
We are seeking a qualified English Teacher to join a secondary school in Leeds for a full‑time, fixed‑term placement running until the February half‑term. The role involves delivering the English curriculum to Key Stages 3 and 4 and contributing to a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons.
- Mark and provide feedback on student work.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Proven experience teaching English at secondary level.
