Enrichment Co‑ordinator – School Trips Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an Enrichment Co‑ordinator to become the administrative heartbeat of our special school's experiential learning programme. You will manage the logistics for over 300 student trips each year, ensuring every journey runs safely and smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings, risk assessments, transport arrangements and permission forms for all trips.
• Coordinate schedules between teachers, venues and transport providers.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on trip activity.
• Anticipate and resolve any issues to guarantee safe, on‑time delivery of each experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced administrative role.
• High computer literacy and confidence using digital processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot missing information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build quick relationships with staff and external partners.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to anticipate needs and take initiative.
