Enterprise Architect – Hybrid – £85k

About the role

We are supporting a major organisation in the West Midlands that is undertaking a significant technology investment and transformation. As an Enterprise Architect you will shape the future technology landscape, influencing cloud, data, AI, digital platforms, integration and security decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture principles, standards and operating models.
• Develop target‑state architecture across applications, data, infrastructure and digital platforms.
• Influence technology strategy and long‑range planning, supporting major investment decisions.
• Review programmes and initiatives to ensure alignment with future‑state objectives.
• Drive platform simplification, rationalisation and technology lifecycle planning.
• Shape the organisation’s approach to AI adoption and emerging technology opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience operating as an Enterprise Architect in a complex environment.
• Strong background in technology strategy and enterprise‑wide planning.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Experience supporting large‑scale transformation and modernisation programmes.
