Enterprise Architect Manager – Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Manager – Security to lead our security architecture practice. The role will shape a secure, resilient technology strategy, working closely with senior leaders across a complex change portfolio. You will champion security‑by‑design while enabling innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture practice, standards and design patterns across the organisation.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align target architecture and roadmaps with strategic objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of Domain and Solution Architects, overseeing architectural reviews and technology governance.
• Own and evolve enterprise‑wide security architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
• Ensure architectural decisions meet security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Chair architecture review boards and guide secure technology adoption and integration.
• Coach and mentor architects to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions.
• Translate strategic security objectives into practical architectural direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• TOGAF certified (or equivalent enterprise architecture qualification).
• Deep expertise in security architecture, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, application and data security.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Collaborative leader with passion for developing teams and driving architectural best practice.
