Enterprise Solutions Architect (Development Track)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect (Development Track) to join the high‑performance IT Infrastructure team of the Audi Revolut F1® Team. The role is based at the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester, United Kingdom, supporting the brand’s entry into Formula 1 in 2026.

The Audi Revolut F1 Team operates across three sites: power‑unit development in Neuburg, Germany; chassis engineering in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the UK technology centre in Bicester, which provides a foothold in Motorsport Valley with direct access to top F1 talent and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate embraces an athlete’s mindset – relentless, resilient and always pushing limits – and can bring ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ to Formula 1.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, cloud engineering, integration or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Passion for technology, innovation and digital transformation.
• Fluent English with a curious, learning mindset.
• Ownership mindset, emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
