Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, data‑driven organisation at the forefront of the energy sector. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to own architecture across major business and technology programmes and to shape our digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define target‑state architectures and guide integration strategies across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence architectural decisions.
• Lead architecture governance, road‑maps, standards and best‑practice adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party partners to deliver robust enterprise‑wide solutions.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise architecture experience in complex environments.
• Strong expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience architecting integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
• Knowledge of architecture governance, road‑maps, standards and best practices.
