Entry Level Customer Sales Advisor (Full‑Time)

About the role

This is an entry‑level, full‑time equivalent position for a Customer Sales Advisor working on face‑to‑face event campaigns. No prior sales experience is required – you will learn on the job, build confidence and develop practical sales and customer‑service skills. The role is based in the Brighton area and involves representing well‑known UK brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent well‑known UK brands through face‑to‑face event sales campaigns across Brighton.
• Meet and engage with customers, building rapport and creating positive interactions.
• Develop practical sales, communication and customer‑service skills while working on‑site.
• Learn alongside experienced team members, receiving guidance and support throughout.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confident when meeting and speaking with new people.
• Professional, friendly and customer‑focused demeanor.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Full‑time equivalent availability of 4–5 days per week, Monday‑Saturday, and eligible to work in the UK.
