Entry-Level Customer Sales Advisor

About the role

This entry‑level position is based in Central London and offers a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment where you will promote client campaigns across retail and event locations. You will receive on‑the‑job training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals to develop your pitch and closing abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns and maintain professional standards while engaging with customers.
• Deliver brand awareness messages in retail stores, pop‑up events and other public venues.
• Achieve daily attendance targets to earn the Brand Awareness fee.
• Track interactions and report performance metrics to the team.
• Support onboarding of new team members and participate in networking events as you progress.

Required profile

• Motivated individual seeking a new challenge in a customer‑facing role.
• Willingness to work full‑time (4‑5 days a week, Monday‑Saturday) and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, call‑centre or similar customer service environments is advantageous.
• Strong desire to develop sales and communication skills.
