Entry-Level Information Analyst – Document Management

About the role

Cognitive Credit is seeking an entry‑level Information Analyst to support document management for its private credit coverage. The role offers exposure to senior credit analysts and the chance to fast‑track into a Credit Analyst position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client‑facing documents for private credit issuers across multiple coverage universes.
• Manage access permissions for private data sites, ensuring only approved clients can view credit models.
• Maintain and reconcile spreadsheets and processes related to client coverage lists.
• Review incoming client coverage data and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and results‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with senior analysts.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
