Entry-Level Information Analyst – Financial Technology

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Information Analyst to join our fast‑growing fintech team. You will support the Credit Analyst group by maintaining and delivering accurate financial documentation for private credit issuers across our coverage universes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date client‑facing documents for all private credit issuers.
• Manage access permissions on multiple private data platforms, ensuring only approved clients can view credit models.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and related processes that track document status and client coverage.
• Review and reconcile incoming client coverage lists to guarantee data accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a results‑focused mindset.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and identify efficiency improvements.
• Excellent collaboration and organization skills, capable of handling several projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English and willingness to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software).
