About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Quant Analyst to join our Systematic Equity team in London. You will be mentored by senior members and work on implementing, optimizing and developing data‑driven trading strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and optimise existing systematic equity strategies.
- Research, design and develop C++ algorithms for data analysis.
- Back‑test, implement and deploy new trading strategies.
- Collaborate with quants and developers on technical projects.
Required profile
- PhD (or exceptional MSc) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Signal Processing, Computer Vision or related field.
- Experience working with large or noisy data sets.
- Strong research background or internships at reputable organisations.
- Demonstrated interest in systematic trading.
Required skills
- Proficient programming in C++, Perl or Python.
- Time‑series analysis and statistical modelling.
- Reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Portfolio theory and quantitative finance concepts.
