About the role

Join Rise Technical's brand‑new Exeter office as an Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant. You will be part of a fast‑growing global agency specialising in engineering and technical talent, helping clients find the right candidates while building your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source, screen and present suitable candidates for technical roles.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the growth and culture of the new Exeter office.
