This entry‑level position provides full training and a clear path from trainee to director level, with the chance to earn uncapped commission on high‑value placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical and engineering roles across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.
• Utilise modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, AI‑driven platforms and networking events to identify top talent.
• Represent Rise Technical Recruitment professionally and deliver a high‑quality service.
