Equipment Co‑Ordinator (Night Shift)

About the role

The Equipment Co‑Ordinator will manage the flow of lighting and production equipment across departments during the night shift. Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will ensure accurate allocation, timely dispatch and safe loading for delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment allocation and dispatch across multiple departments.
• Maintain job files, vehicle logistics and delivery documentation.
• Perform sub‑hire checks, manage returns and associated paperwork.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve queries.
• Provide overtime and on‑call support as required.

Required profile

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn the MBS stock control system (Rental Tracker Pro).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interaction.
• Experience in the lighting industry or stock control systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
