Equity Release Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Equity Release Advisor to join a respected IFA practice. Working remotely, you will advise later‑life clients on equity release solutions, building trust and delivering high‑quality recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual fact‑finds and provide tailored equity release advice.
• Manage pre‑booked, qualified appointments and progress them to sale.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and the Equity Release Council.
• Track performance metrics, aiming for 14 fact‑finds per month and conversion rates of 32‑58%.

Required profile

• Minimum 18‑24 months of proven equity release advising experience.
• Hold a current Equity Release qualification.
• Comfortable working from home and delivering advice via phone or video.
• Self‑motivated, able to operate on a self‑employed basis without CAS registration.

Required skills

• Equity Release qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the later‑life lending market.
• Effective phone/virtual communication.
