Equity Release Advisor – Remote, Commission Based

About the role

Our client, a respected independent financial adviser practice, is expanding its Equity Release team. They need qualified advisors who can work remotely, manage pre‑booked client appointments and deliver high‑quality advice on later‑life lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual fact‑finds and suitability assessments for equity release products.
• Provide professional, empathetic advice to clients aged 55+.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and meet commission targets.
• Collaborate with the practice’s compliance and support teams.
• Record interactions accurately in the client management system.

Required profile

• Current Equity Release qualification (e.g., CII, IFSA).
• Minimum 18‑24 months experience advising on equity release.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working from home on a self‑employed basis.
• Strong telephone and virtual communication skills.
• Not required to be CAS‑authorised, but must meet regulatory standards.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the equity release market and related regulations.
• Ability to conduct remote client consultations and complete fact‑finds.
