ERP Account Manager – Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑focused ERP Account Manager to join an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner. In this permanent, hybrid role you will work closely with existing customers, understand their challenges and help them maximise the value of their technology investment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships across an existing customer base.
• Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a commercial advisor.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Support long‑term account growth and customer strategy.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Previous account management, customer success or sales experience.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• Understanding of ERP projects and services.
