ERP Project Manager – Sage X3 / Sage Intacct

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead Sage X3 and Sage Intacct implementations for a diverse portfolio of customers. You will join an award‑winning ERP consultancy and manage projects from initiation through go‑live and post‑implementation support, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Sage X3 and/or Sage Intacct implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Produce project documentation, RAID logs and detailed project plans.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings and change‑request processes.
• Coordinate consultants, developers and third‑party partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Sage X3 or Sage Intacct ERP projects.
• Background working for an ERP reseller, consultancy or implementation partner.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
