ESG Administrator – Sustainability Data & Reporting

Join a leading UK design engineering firm as an ESG Administrator, supporting the delivery of sustainability initiatives and carbon‑reduction targets. Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data related to sustainable and carbon‑reduction targets.
• Assist in the preparation of annual sustainability reports for clients.
• Provide general administrative support for people‑engagement and sustainability events.
• Coordinate activities across a national network of offices.
• Develop and produce the annual ESG Report.
• Liaise with external partners on sustainability strategy development.
• Support compliance‑related activities within the ESG framework.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong eye for detail and organised, proactive approach.
• Comfortable working with data and meeting deadlines.
• Keen interest in sustainability, ESG and corporate social responsibility.
