ESOL Tutor (16 hrs/week) – Swansea

About the role
Adult Learning Wales is seeking a part‑time ESOL Tutor to deliver high‑quality English for Speakers of Other Languages courses in Swansea. The role starts in September 2026 and runs until July 2027, offering 16 teaching hours per week during term time.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop and deliver ESOL lessons that meet learner needs.
- Assess, evaluate and provide feedback on learner progress.
- Ensure all teaching follows Adult Learning Wales’s Quality Procedures.
- Collaborate with the regional team while working independently.
Required profile
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a regional team.
- Commitment to delivering inclusive, high‑quality adult education.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £32 (including holiday pay).
- Fixed‑term contract until July 2027.
- Teaching schedule: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm, Monday‑Thursday.
