About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join a high‑performing team in Romford. The successful candidate will generate new business, nurture client relationships and consistently exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and convert new property sales opportunities.
• Meet and regularly surpass individual sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service from initial enquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and guide transactions through to successful completion.
• Collaborate effectively with a results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months proven track record in estate agency.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
