Estate Agent Lister

About the role

The Estate Agent Lister will join a well‑established independent agency in Brighton, driving property sales and listings to grow market share. You will act as a champion for residential property transactions, combining valuation expertise with strong negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage residential property listings.
• Conduct property valuations and prepare accurate reports.
• Negotiate sales deals and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Contribute to the agency’s growth strategy by increasing sales volume.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the agency’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential sales, valuation and listings.
• Previous experience in an estate agency is essential.
• Background as a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer/Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
• In‑depth knowledge of the estate agency market.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000.
• Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, alternate Saturdays 9:00‑17:00 (5‑day week).
• Annual leave starting at 33 days, increasing with service.
