Estate Agent Property Valuer & Lister

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Property Valuer and Lister to grow our portfolio across the South East. You will work directly with vendors to achieve the best possible price for their homes while expanding our market share.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately value properties and create compelling listings.
• Secure new instructions by winning business from competitors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market conditions.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to match properties with suitable buyers.
• Support the Branch Manager in day‑to‑day agency operations.
• Lead morning meetings and motivate the team in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property valuation and listing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a competitive mindset.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £23,000 plus company car or car allowance.
